Shipping and Delivery Times
Packets up to 2 Kilograms are sent via 1st Class Post. Parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of higher value are sent via Courier, for which a signature is generally required on receipt. We will normally send out orders the same working day if they are completed prior to midday, and the following working day if beyond this time. Please allow up to three working days for delivery if item is in stock. We will often be much quicker.
Non Stock Items.
When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and refund.
We will send confirmation emails of shiment and expected delivery date. If you chose to use Special Delivery shipments, the tracking number will be sent to you via email. We welcome your feedback and during working hours endeavour to answer enquiries within one hour.
We do not release any personal information including email addresses and would never pass any information supplied by you outside our company (unless forced to do so by law)
Credit/Charge Card Details
We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by the Elavon system or PayPal, we do not store nor have access to your card information.
We guarantee all of our products. In addition to your statutory rights, we will guarantee all non-consumable products for 3 months, and batteries for 1 month from date of purchase (note this excludes modifications or abuse of the products). Please note that batteries, e-liquids, cartomisers, clearomisers and coils are considered to be consumables.
When goods are supplied in error we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full.
Goods may be returned within 7 working days of delivery for refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in their original unopened packaging. During this period if the goods are fit for purpose the purchaser should cover the cost of return postage, if goods are not fit for purpose we shall reimburse shipping costs.
If returning goods after being in the customer’s possession for more than 7 working days:
Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery
When goods are ordered in error returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be returned unused and with their original packaging, it should be noted that the purchaser has a duty of care whilst the goods are in their possession and they should be thoughtfully packaged for the return shipment. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked.
There is no small print. We strive to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the minimum of fuss. If you feel our products or service do not offer excellent value please let us know, and we will rectify the situation.
